The Tibetan Manuscript Project Vienna (TMPV) is a long-term research initiative situated at the Department of South Asian, Tibetan and Buddhist Studies, University of Vienna. It comprises a series of research projects funded by the Austrian Science Fund (FWF) that are dedicated to the documentation, preservation, dissemination, and investigation of Tibetan manuscript culture and the study of the Tibetan Buddhist canon.
